cheap construction, October 12, 2008

The Macally USB AC Charger for SanDisk MP3 Players that I purchased worked fine for a short period of time, then the cheap construction allowed the slot to be pushed inside the charger, not flush with or attached to the body, so it could not be used. Plain poor quality.

Great little charger!, September 28, 2008

I have been using this charger for the past 10 months with no problems whatsoever. It's been that long since I originally read the reviews when shopping for a charger, but I'm quite sure that some reviewers said that
the USB cable doesn't plug into the charger tightly enough, but they were still able to use the charger. I haven't had that problem. Also, if I recall, one reviewer said that when the player is fully charged, the light turns from yellow to green. The light on mine never does change to green when the player is done charging, but I don't find that to be a major issue. I just keep track of what time I plugged the player to the charger. Overall, based on my own experience, I recommend this product because it does what it's supposed to do.

Worked for 6 Months, August 16, 2008

Charger worked fine for about 6 months and then just died. Decided to try a Griffin charger to see if it would last any longer than this one.

Smaller than the picture, May 20, 2008

I bought this to charge my Sansa Clip 2 GB players. The unit is smaller than it looks. The charger works perfectly as long as my Sansa Clip units are turned on while charging. The Macally charging cord that fits the Sansa Clip is quite short.

Great for Travel!, April 28, 2008

Knowing I wouldn't have access to a PC during a recent trip, I loaded up my Sansa e280 with 25+ hours of music, but I needed someway to charge the player without a PC. I saw the Macally SN-A411 USB AC Charger for SanDisk Sansa MP3 Players on Amazon, and it was perfect for my needs. It's compact, I just hooked my Sansa up to the charger (using the cord that comes with it) and plugged it into a wall outlet and it charged my player quickly.
Works just as well as chargers priced much higher.
