I've only been doing this workout for about a week & I can already feel a difference! I've done a lot of workout videos & I could barely get through the 20 minute segment the 1st couple of times I tried it. I'm feeling stronger everyday... I've only done Level 1 so far, so I'm sure the 2nd & 3rd levels will be even better. Looking forward to it!

Jillians workouts work!! I'm get up early and do them with my husband and it kicks our butts in a good way! She talks the entire time and motivates you, it feels like sh'e in our living room. when you are ready to give up she tells you to keep going and you do! We see and feel the diffrence! I would recomend this anyone from beginers to advanced!!

I bought the book and the DVD, it sets realistic goals and I am pairing it up with a simple meal plan. I think it is great!

I like the instructor. She's not interested in flashy outfits, make up, etc. She's there to make you sweat and she does a good job keeping you from quitting. The workout circuits are the problem for me, though. These are all the same basic exercises you've done since jr. high school P.E.. The music is very drab. I need for my workout to be fun or I start to get lazy. I couldn't wait for this workout to end so that I could jump into a more active workout.
Still, this DVD deserves the 4 stars for being effective in it's purpose... to make you lose weight and tone muscle.

I began the video exactly one week ago. I am down by 4 pounds and feel great. I must admit I was very sore by the third day and had to rest the rest of the week. I normally walk 3 miles/ 4 times a week but this video made me feel muscles I didn't know I had. The best part about the video is that the exercises are simple and even when I think I want to stop the video, I remember that it is almost over. The length of the video motivates me to do it. Everyone has 20 minutes for themselves especially when you are getting results.
