I usually don't bother writing reviews but i just couldn't help it after seeing this horrible, where is hollywod's money going movie....Worst movie i seen in years, makes no sense, fake and unreal, cheesy, unfunny piece of crap....I don't know what the director and writer of this were thinking when they made this more than B movie but they sure showed us that making movies can be done by a 5 year old...being a director myself, i can honestly say to you avoid this fairy tale crap by any means..the acting is o.k to be honest but the writing, the dialogue, the directing, the music, and what i find most important in movies the meaning and realism is not there. It's a movie that has as a target audience the stupid people...I may be a little harsh but its the truth...Even as a women's flick this has absolutely nooooo dignity or originality to be even called a movie. It is true. To director and the writer of this : Find another job and stop wasting money and time of the film industry ! A lot more talented people are out there without jobs !

It took me awhile to actually watch this film and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical the first few minutes, but once I put my thoughts away and sat back to truly engage with the moment I found "27 Dresses" to be ultimately delightful! When I was first introduced to the title and plot I thought it was just going to be a bunch of wedding parties but was pleasantly surprised to uncover such a charming story. I totally rate Katherine Heigl's performance as 5 gold stars, And James Mardsen was such an adorable 5 stars! I thought they both played these roles very well and they made a wonderful connection on screen. I thought the lady who played Tess was also perfect for this role, very snaky and distasteful, but is not without a little heart. This story was a great balance of humor, love and reality. Which reminds me that Jane's red headed friend was such the perfect little sidekick to have around! She did a great job, and actually I find that this actress does a great job in similar roles elsewhere as the main friend of leading roles. Gooo Red! Lastly, I did find Edward Burns' character to be a little dull; George. Even the name Geoorrge.... Is so serious and Big. But George felt genuine which did allude to his charm which made it more real that Jane had a serious love crush on him, but discovered she was mistaken in the most beneficial way. She must have been very generous in previous lives to have such good karma. All in all the whole cast did a great job and Little Brother Pedro was super cute! Wishing more warm hearted stories get adapted to the screen.

An absurd story that speaks the truth about the disproportionate value we place on weddings while neglecting the things that really matter in a relationship. Definitely a girls night out choice.
