I absolutely LOVE this CD.The harmonies are so tight and the song selection is perfect. There's not a loser among them. I can't wait for their next album. I find myself humming different songs of theirs all day long. I especially like "Black Velvet Band". In this day and age it is seldom that you find a song that you can actually hum or sing along with. A+++ I would hope on their next album they would increase the number of songs, if only by one.

After viewing the High Kings on PBS I had to get their DVD. Then I wanted their music on CD so I could listen in the car. Great music! Must be something in my blood.

With the music world in chaos, me an avid rock - soul fan of the 50's thru the 80's, between hip hop and (rap they have the nerve to call music) refreshingly comes along the High Kings. I was introduced to the High Kings on PBS.. This is real singing and I hope they're around awhile, I realize the U.S record company's won't even attempt to promote this disc, but if you are looking for a change of music, give this disc a try.
