It's a great game, a lot of fun. It has a installation problem with brand new 80gb PS3s - to fix it your have to add about 500mb worth of data (just anything) to your PS3 hard drive and the problem is solved.

I bought this for my kids for their new PS3 Christmas 2008. There are not many games that are "bloodless" for kids < 15 years old, so we purchased this game. WOW!!! Amazing story, great graphics, addictive game-play, you don't get stuck looking for hard to find clues, etc. This is a great game that my 6 year old plays well. The story is so fun that our entire family WATCHES the other members play the game to see what happens!
There is an on-line sequel (Ratchet and Clank Future: Quest for Booty) available from SONY through your PS3 (via the Playstation Network) for $[...]. The PS3 is SOOOO much more than what I thought a game machine could be.

I was looking for a game for my children and I was having trouble finding what I thought to be an appropriate game that did not include a lot of bloody violence. I turned to the reviews here at Amazon, took a leap of faith and put my trust in others who posted reviews.

My kids love the game and I am absolutely amazed at the beautiful graphics. I highly recommend this game to anyone looking for some family fun.

BEST GAME FOR THE PS3 SO FAR, December 25, 2008

Unless all you like are serious shooter games, it's a little difficult to find a cool, funny, and fun game for the PS3. This game is my favorite. I stayed up to play it almost every night. You can play it again when you're done- there are several different levels of difficulty to choose from. The graphics are great and I really enjoyed the Sixaxis levels a lot- dropping through the air and moving the whole controller in order to avoid getting hit as you fly downward. I can't imagine anyone in the world not loving this game.
