Has your Rock Band pedal broke yet? Its not a matter of if, its when... Install a Pedal Metal product and greatly reduce your chances of breaking your pedal. Pedal Metal Hinge is the latest and probably the most needed product that we have been working on. Its as easy to install as all our Pedal Metal products and works perfect. Pedal Metal Hinge is designed to fix the problem of the very low break on the pedal right at the hinge. (see pix for an example) This will also work with a good pedal or a pedal busted in the middle. If your pedal is broken near the hinge and not right at it you will need to email me for a modification that we will do for free. Good reinforcement, actually my son's pedal was broke in half and this plate fixed it right up! It was very easy to install and came with very clear and detailed instructions. Now he can rock out with his new bass pedal. AWESOME PRODUCT, MUST HAVE if you have a broken bass pedal! PS If your pedal isn't broken yet, beware, it will, better fix it now before it's too late! |

Of course, my son broke the pedal AGAIN! We already got the side reinforcements from Pedal Metal and were well satisfied, because the cracks in the sides were fixed. The pedal itself broke in half and I was able to fix it for a while with epoxy, but this product seems like it will be a permanent fix. This package includes the flat pedal, a small piece that goes on the base, and a clear plastic hinge. The screws look like they need holes pre-drilled, but they don't -- they are self-tapping, so all you need is a phillips screwdriver and a center punch or line-up tool and a hammer to get the hinge pin out. The directions were clear, in color and complete, be sure and read them first!

The pedal seems to work well. The reinforced sides were necessary to buy also, as the side of my pedal was spliting. Both products came in a timely fashion and improved the overall function of the pedal. |
